nerd, noun An "individual" or person who does not conform to society's belief that all people should follow trends and do what their peers do. Often highly intelligent but socially rejected because of their obsession with a given subject, usually computers. Unfortunately, nerds seem to have problems breeding, to the detriment of mankind as a whole.

Now that is a sentiment we can get behind and the best nerds are the creative nerds and on September 17th, Purple Devil Productions brings you a collection of some of the brightest, most talented, and dare we say, most sexy nerds around for an evening of geeky revelry.

Leading us in the fun is Luke Thighstalker, a Jedi Master of Ceremonies if ever there was one. Exploring all things nerdy will be:

The evening's entertainment starts at 7:30pm and you don't have to know what the average air velocity of an unladen swallow is to get in. Tickets $10 on the day of the show, $10 online through Brown Paper Tickets, and $8 from a performer!
