SCMS Presents Ryland Angel & La Follia Austin Baroque, St. Louis Catholic Church
If you haven't yet heard the remarkable sound of the countertenor voice, here's your chance to enjoy one of the best: internationally known and Grammy-nominated countertenor Ryland Angel. Angel joins La Follia in an intimate concert of Baroque music composed as a tribute to Mary, Mother of Jesus. Accompanied by exotic early Baroque instruments such as the gamba and theorbo, Angel's voice is haunting and deeply moving.
