Lost + F(o)und
Lost + F(o)und promises to be an inspiring evening to Drink, Donate & Discover DIY Sustainable Design! 100% of proceeds will benefit Perennial, a new non-profit social enterprise that promotes a creative and sustainable lifestyle for all. Perennial turns trash into treasure and teaches the St. Louis community to do the same.
Experience a one-of-a-kind creative evening at Lost + F(o)und! At a county-fair-style event, listen to folk music played on upcycled instruments by local musicians of Green Strum. Step right up and donate for your tool of choice at our tool booth midway and help support Perennial's innovative programming. Your donation at the tool booth goes directly towards the purchase of equipment for our classes + workshops! Grab your friends and make a drink coaster from old bike tubing or visit our educational display to see Perennial's magical transformation of broken junk into unique home goods! You can see what Perennial's been up to in the community with our picture show, featuring photos from classes + special events.
Local artists, designers, and architects have battled it out in our Re-Design Challenge transforming a set of salvaged drawers into a unique furniture piece. As you munch on small bites, drink fine wine, and enjoy a selection of local craft beers, you can bid in our silent auction of their finished work. Participants include, John WatsonArtist + Webster University Professor, Confluence Design + Fabrication, Derek HoeferlinArchitect + Washington University Professor, V3 Studios, BJ VogtArtist, Studio | Durham Architects, and Arcturis.
Perennial is a social enterprise that offers educational programming in creative reuse to diverse populations and sells creatively repurposed home furnishings.
