Irene Watt and Graham White Scottish Balladeers and Harpist
Irene Watt is a folklorist and harpist with loads of stories and songs to share. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Ethno-musicology with an emphasis on The Power of the Lullaby.

Her partner, Graham has a background in the bothy ballad tradition of North East Scotland. He has won many bothy ballad competitions they all tell of life on the farms and in farm town bothies where the men all lived and worked together.
Join Irene and Graham for a rich cultural evening of stories, ballads, love songs, and chorus sing alongs. There should be something for everyone.
Irene will be on Global Griot, Sunday Sept 4 @ 9 a.m. on KSER Radio 90.7 where she'll tell a fishing story, a story about the herring girls of North East Scotland and some fishing songs.
