Paella Lesson and Fiesta

Please join us for a paella lesson and fiesta at the Murray's home and farm on Saturday, 9/10/11. We are excited to host guest chef Susanna Llop-Jover who will instruct us on how to prepare authentic paella from Barcelona while utilizing several local ingredients including some of the wonderful produce from the Murray's beautiful farm. Of course, not only will we learn how it is done but will enjoy the delicious paella she prepares on her outdoor stove!

Susanna Llop-Jover was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. She has always been passionate about food and cooking, starting at an early age. She likes being creative and flexible when cooking. Susanna strongly values the use of good quality ingredients. She has been recently teaching cooking classes with Paella being her recent specialty.
