On August 10th at 6pm The Cork and Craft will host Karl Strauss Brewing Company for their monthly installment of beer dinners. This will be a beer dinner unlike anything Karl Strauss has ever done because all 6 beers showcased have been aged from 12-26 months in a variety of barrels. Barrel Aging Program Manager, Shawn Steele, will be in attendance to guide you through the beers and tell the stories each one has to offer. To add on to the theme of collaboration, not only will two beers will be sprinkled into the mix from Abnormal Beer Company but for the first time we will have a guest chef for the night. August will feature Chris Osbourne from Cowboy Star located in Downtown San Diego.
