Wild Food Cafe Tuesday Talks 28th July
Every other Tuesday Wild Food Cafe is giving a talk on living a Wild & Roarsome lifestyle.
This week we are all about Green Gossip!
We'll be showing you how to incorporate some of natures most cleansing and alkalising herbs, leaves, grasses and vegetables into a delicious smoothie and talking the power of plants. What is so special about the colour green? What is chlorophyll? And why do we need to alkalise our bodies?...
There will be a live demo, lots of smoothie to go around and time for questions and answers.
All Tuesday Talk participants are entitled to a 10% discount off their bill at Wild Food Cafe on the evening of the talk they attend.
