Pakistan's War with Itself
The World Affairs Council presents Pamela Constable, one of the world's leading reporters on South Asia, for an in depth discussion on her most recent book, Playing with Fire: Pakistan at War with Itself. Speaking from her years of extensive experience on the ground in Pakistan, Constable will provide a firsthand perspective of what daily life entails for ordinary Pakistanis, the real extent to which inequality and corruption plague the society, and how the nation is becoming increasingly divided by competing versions of Islam.
