Beloved stewards of artisan food, community building, and local economies, the Cowgirls at Cowgirl Creamery are role models for how to live a good, honest life. It only helps that their cheeses are freakin' delicious! Join us for a night to honor and learn from these pioneering ladies. Added bonus: Bi-Rite Market's cheese buyer Anthea Stolz will join you at the table to add a monger's perspective.
About the meal: Linh Phu is creating a multi-course feast to inspire questions (and gustatory delight). Trac Le will pair each course to lift the cheese and make it shine. This is not a vegetarian menu, but we are happy to make most dietary accommodations with advance notice.
