Dr. Sketchy's SF!

We had our first Dr. Sketchy's here at Bombshell Betty's and it was a great success. We had the modeling debut of FiFi and performances by burlesquerteers. There were contests, prizes, and general fun had by all we think, so don't miss out on the next one.

Dr. Sketchy's will be held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. That means the next one will be held on September 20th from 7-10 PM. We will be having performances and posing by none uther than NYC's own Dr. Lukki (http://www.myspace.com/drlucky). We are very excited to have her and have gotten rave reviews about her appearence for Dr. Sketchy's NYC from none other than Molly Crabapple (founder of Dr. Sketchy's).

We will be showcasing burlesque performers, fetish models, belly dancers, drag queens, goths, punks, and anyone else too interesting to be called "normal". If you want to get the chance to draw uniquely beautiful people that took the mold and broke it, then this is the place for you to come. People of all skill levels are welcome to come enjoy and benefit from drawing these fabulous people.

The event will be from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and be accompanied by music, poetry and other readings, performances by local burlesque dancers in the breaks, beverages, contests for free drinks, and much more. Everyone involved will be invited to stay after for networking and socializing. There will be a workshop on posing held from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for those interestd in learning how to pose for life drawing events.
