Interactive Tuscan Feast

A fully interactive Tuscan feast with Armandino and Marilyn Batali at the beautiful JM Cellars! Starting in the afternoon with something cold to drink, we'll roll up our sleeves to help Armandino, his wife Marilyn, and Seattle Chefs Collaborative VP Roy Breiman and his team from Copperleaf Restaurant make the kind of food that keeps us all swooning over Italy.

We'll stretch mozzarella, stuff sausage and roll gnocchi, snacking and sipping while we learn something from the old world and enjoy the sunshine. Then we'll sit down for a family-style Tuscan feast with whole roast beast, fresh pasta, tomatoes at the peak of season, and all sorts of other local bounty, including something sweet for dessert.

JM Cellars is generously supplying the space and their award-winning wine, all so we can have a great time while raising money to send rising culinary stars to the Quillisascut Farm School next summer. Tickets are $120 per person, including food, wine and valet parking.

This is an intimate affair; only 50 spots that are sure to go quickly. We hope to see you there.
