2:45pm Dancing Through Your Acrobatics! / Double Trouble With Michelle Mynx
Learn to transition smoothly and seamlessly with continued movement through your acrobatics on the pole. Add drama and joy to your routines! We'll start with some unique spins and spin combos complete with upmounts (gracefully and beautifully getting yourself back to your feet) and then move into the acrobatics.
Ever dream of teaming up with a partner for double the fun? Now is your chance! We will go over the basics of executing beautiful double tricks with a partner.
All levels are welcome. This class is customized for all levels present. So absolutely no worries about being too beginner for an advanced class OR for being too advanced for a beginner class. Michelle expects varying levels and is thrilled about it!
The same goes for the doubles- this is open to everyone. All you need is a love for pole dancing and a willingness to be playful!
