Hamilton World Music Festival Opening Night Party
Dance the late night away at our Festival Opening Night Party.
Salsa and reggae are on offer for this late night celebration of the Hamilton World Music Festival opening night, featuring music with the Latin Vintage Orchestra, performance and salsa lesson by Nuvitzo Dance and the sounds of DJ Gury Gury - and the reggae grooves of Riddim Riders too.
Latin Vintage Orchestra are a Hamilton favourite, bringing mambo, salsa, cha cha and Latin jazz to music lovers since 2011. They are best known for playing the music of the 50's, 60's from the Golden days of Latin Music or what is known today as Salsa Dura.
Riddim Riders have been bringing righteous roots reggae to Hamilton for years. They play authentic reggae/dub with a modern vibe that will have you on the dance floor.
Salsa specialist DJ Gury Gury is the founder of Northern Salsa Productions, bringing hot Latin beats to the dance floor since 2003.
