Beer Dinner With Guest Chef Ryan Tate
Join Guest Chef Ryan Tate (formerly with Savoy) for another amazing beer-pairing dinner extravaganza! Get your tickets before they sell out (trust us, they always do!). This dinner will include a five-course meal paired with Shelton Brothers' beers (including wild ales from Jolly Pumpkin and lambics from Cantillon).
menu will include pairings with dishes like:
Heirloom tomato terrine, sour ale aspic.
basil sour ale poached crab salad with peach, mango and avocado.
crispy pork belly with smoked blue cheese and cherry-chili puree.
Apricot and brown butter tart. With Flemish ale ice cream.
paired with limited wild ales from jolly pumpkin in michigan and some special tastes of cantillon lambic ales from belgium.
