The 18 piece Ira B. Liss Big Band Jazz Machine with special guest artist Saxophonist Bob Mintzer live at the Bernardo Winery, San Diego's historic winery. The Big Band Jazz Machine, led by Ira B. Liss, features some of San Diego's best musicians. Saxophonist Bob Mintzer is a jazz saxophonist, composer, arranger, and big band leader based in Los Angeles, California. He is equally active in the areas of performance, composing/arranging, and music education. While touring with the Yellowjackets or his own quartet, or big band, Mintzer is busy writing music for big band, various small bands, saxophone quartets, orchestral and concert band music..
