Price includes Dinner, gratuity and either sake, beer or cocktail pairings. There will be a wine option, too. In addition to a special menu Chef Trent Pierce will prepare especially for Portland Food Adventures' guests, all ticketholders to this event will go on Trent's adventure, which includes Olympic Provisions, Accanto, Whiffies Food cart, Lucky Strike Chinese Restaurant and Mojo Crepes.
Paying homage to the mighty Japanese ramen tradition, Wafu (lit. "Japanese style") is a noodle bar envisioned by lauded chef Trent Pierce. Using both modern and traditional techniques, carefully chosen ingredients are combined to create an assortment of tempting noodle bowls. Small plates that pair fresh meats and seafood with Japanese-inspired flavors round out this innovative menu.
The stars of Wafu's drink list are classic cocktails meticulously prepared via Japanese-style bartending. The signature shaking techniques, intricate ice carvings and elegant fruit garnishes are influenced by the exacting art forms of sushi making and Japanese tea ceremony. Additional drink options include a sturdy Asian beer list and concise sake selection.

The price includes dinner, gratuity and as Trent put it, "We do not offer wine at our restaurant on a scale that would allow for pairings. What we do have is Sake. Our beverage list consists of mostly beer and sake, a large whiskey selection and a really great cocktail program, so we will build something with these components" The price also includes gift certificates to the places listed above.
