Oneida w/ Company
Brooklyn's Oneida return to SPACE. Prolific and eclectic, Oneida resists easy classification. The Brooklyn psych-rockers draw from minimalism and krautrock, restlessly and relentlessly exploring rhythms, repetitions and textures, making heavy use of percussion, analog equipment, hypnotic loops of driving sound. Champions of under-recognized awesomeness (they founded Brah! Records to promote artists they believe in), Oneida do not shy away from sonic adventures, as their legendary live sets attest. This one's gonna be sweet.
