Join us in exploring one of the world's greatest beer stories: the India Pale Ale
Our friends in beer from NYCDAT, Chris Cuzme (of Wandering Star Brewing Co. and President of the New York City Homebrewers Guild) and Mary Izett (National Beer Judge and blogger at mylifeoncraft.com), will dive into the traditions of India Pale Ales. English IPA's and other historical recipes will be tasted and discussed. Classes will run just over an hour each. (price includes beer - IPA's of course).
