Peruvian Tasting Night
Come join us for three tasting courses and a cocktail while we learn about the history of Peruvian food and how to make these delicious dishes! Imagine slow-cooking a meal for 500 years using Inca spices with ingredients and techniques from Europe, Africa, China, and Japan - that is Peruvian food. Inspired by recipes from his mom as well as Gaston Acurio, Peruvian-born cook and food writer Nico Vera created tonightʼs tasting menu as a multicultural and gastronomical tour of Peruvian cuisine. Start the evening with a Pisco Sour toast, watch a Ceviche cooking demonstration, savor a Chinese-Peruvian beef stir-fry with French fries, and top it all off with a dessert that is as light as a sigh, the Suspiro Limeño.
