Chicago - the Musical (Middleton Players Theatre)
Directed by Ken Urso Musical Direction by Thomas Kasdorf Choreographed by Sara Bartlett Assistant Choreographed by Katrina Brunner
Book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse Music by John Kander Lyrics by Fred Ebb
Premiering in 1975 and the hit of the 1997 Broadway season in a production that originated at City Center's Encore! series, Chicago won six Tony Awards including Best Revival and later the Academy Award as Best Picture of the Year.
In roaring twenties Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband Amos to take the rap...until he finds out he's been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another "Merry Murderess" Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the "American Dream": fame, fortune and acquittal. This sharp edged satire features a dazzling score and stunning choreography that make it a crime to miss!

Question: |
My daughter is in the performance--just wanting to verify that she will be allowed two complimentary tickets for the general admission section. Correct? |
Answer: |
You are correct. We will hand out two paper General Admission tickets which will be good for any of the first weekend shows. You don't need to do anything with Brown Paper Tickets for those comps. Hope that helps. |
