On July 21st, Spruce will welcome Master Sommelier Greg Harrington from Gramercy Cellars in Walla Walla, Washington for a winemaker dinner. Prior to founding Gramercy Cellars in 2005, Greg spent his career overseeing some of the most prestigious wine programs in the country. Gramercy Cellars produces Rhône- and Bordeaux- varietal-based wines in a terroir-driven, restrained, and elegant style. The wines show intense fruit notes balanced by strong earthy characteristics, and will provide an excellent complement to the cuisine of Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga.
