The Scholium Project Winemaker Dinner
The Scholium Project Winemaker Dinner July 29 at 6:30 pm ~ $50 per person, plus tax & gratuity.
Chef Chris Hall will prepare four, over-the-top courses to pair with the amazing wines and witty presence of winemaker/philosopher Abe Schoener (The Scholium Project) for a dinner at Local Three, in partnership with Tower Wine & Spirits.
In a 2008 New York Times article, Eric Asimov wrote: "...to call Scholium Project a winery and its proprietor, Abe Schoener, a winemaker is a little like calling Salvador DalĂ a painter. It's true, but it does not begin to capture his visionary character. No winery in California is more unconventional, experimental or even radical than Scholium...."

The Prince in His Caves 2009 Farina Vineyard (sauvignon blanc)
