Home Brew Class with Ballast Point Brewing Co.
Join us for a special Slow Food Urban San Diego brewing session at Home Brew Mart/Ballast Point Linda Vista. Beginners will learn all the basics of home brewing during this class and experienced home brewers will be able to ask questions of the pros as we create a locally-sourced beer using White Labs' new San Diego Super Yeast and locally-grown hops from Ramona's Star B Hop Ranch. Tickets are $15 for Slow Food Members and $20 for Non-Members. Two tasters of Ballast Point Brewing Co. beer are also included in the class and you'll have the opportunity to return for a taste of our batch of Slow Food beer. Space is limited, no walk-in's.
