The process is elaborate and deeply rooted in tradition and Certified Sommelier, Cate Hatch, will highlight 6 wines to demonstrate the beauty and versatility of sparkling wine made using Méthode Champenoise. She'll also answer these and any other burning questions you have about the world's greatest beverage (or if you know the answers already, she'll give you an excuse to drink the world's greatest beverage in the middle of the day). Small bites provided by Restaurant Eugene. Seating is limited to 10.
