Oakland Parks and Recreation 'OPR' makes that commitment yearly to all Children and Adults Living in Oakland by encouraging everyone to come out and 'Play the OPR Way' year around. This year we are asking businesses and individuals to help us by becoming more involved by donating/sponsoring OPR programs.
