The Best of Hank and Rita: A Barroom Operetta in One Act (9-13)
It's the final show for this duo whose upbeat, love-drenched tunes hit a brief sweet spot in the 1970s. But that was 15 years and countless scandals ago, and tonight they're in their smallest gig yet. A request sends them off the set list and into songs requested of each other, songs of heartbreak, revenge, lust and hope. Music has kept them together this long, but as her good letter awaiting him reads: "It's only music, Hank. It's only music."
