The Sensual M.F.K. Fisher at Windrush Farm
A delightful afternoon of eating, drinking and conversation with two popular authors benefitting the Sonoma County Book Festival. Biographer Anne Zimmerman of San Francisco comes to Mimi Luebbermann's Windrush Farm in Petaluma to share the most colorful years and personal stories behind M.F.K. Fisher's beloved gastronomical writings. Fisher, who lived the last part of her life in Glen Ellen, became both a culinary icon and pioneer food writer.
Zimmerman will be in conversation with Sonoma County author and newspaper columnist Michele Anna Jordan, a friend of Fisher's.
