Too Much Information! Back by popular demand
After a sold out show at the Rosendale Theatre on June 4, TMI ROUND 2 returns by popular demand to the the Rosendale Theatre on Friday, September 9 and Saturday, September 10, at 8:00 pm. Admission is $15. For more information go to tmiproject.org or rosendaletheatre.org.
"I hope this isn't TMI, but" How many times have we all been on either end of a conversation that began that way?
For some reason, sharing TMI "Too Much Information" tends to be a guilty pleasure for both divulger and divulgee. On both ends, there's something incredibly cathartic and connective about revealing our deepest and darkest. We are inclined to believe it's actually good for us all, so no reason to feel guilty.
That's the philosophy behind TMI, a production of non-fiction monologues written by the women who perform them. The personal is universal, and by sharing the parts of stories many of us typically leave out for public consumption the writers/performers help to reveal common threads in all our lives. The secret parts are the ones we most long to share and hear. In telling and hearing them, we get connected. In our experience, storyteller and viewer alike leave the show with a new understanding of their experiences, and a new openness. We've heard on many occasions that audience members share juicy morsels in car rides home that they never would have discussed otherwise.

Jen White here- mom of Elliot and Theo. I purchased tickets for tonights show but can't make it but can tomorrow. Is there any way I could use them tomorrow? |

You should be able to return the tickets you purchased for tonight through Brown Paper Tickets and then buy them for tomorrow night instead - if you have trouble doing this please let me know. |
