Heritage Foods USA is, quite simply, a great organization doing great work. Their mission and manifesto are full of wisdom and passion for why we need to save small-scale, family ranchers and farmers and how, with a little creativity, we can start healing our broken food system now. Once you read up on them, you will see why we are so honored to bring these crusaders to 18 Reasons. So join us and the whole Heritage Food USA team, including founder Patrick Martins (who also co-founded Slow Food USA) to learn about our national heritage of small farmers and to taste pork from five (yes five!) heritage pig breeds.
