MPLS, MN. May 1, 2011 The 999 EYES Authentic Vaudevillian Show is making its triumphant return to Minneapolis, teaming up with Infiammati Fire Circus and Sideshow, for the Electric Eye Road Show, an enticing double feature:
FIRE SHOW : At dusk the audience is whisked into a world of creatures both animal and human, haunting the stage with choreographed displays of fire, light and shadow. Inspired by the spaces between myth and dream, Infiammati draws on ancient stories that bleed into the contemporary realm, seducing the audience into a world of physical storytelling. This visual spectacle will dazzle and impress with daring aerial feats, acro-stilting, kinetic fire props and interactive video projection all set to an original musical score played live by members of the 999 Eyes Freakshow. Combining elements of dance, theatre and circus arts, and lighting set and costumes ablaze, Infiammati brings you storytelling at it fieriest!
SIDE SHOW: Infiammati Fire Circus and SteamPunk Goblin-Core group THAT Damned Band of 999 Eyes Freakshow come together for an evening of unabashed vaudevillian mayhem! A classic 10-in-One sideshow tradition featuring the Electric Lady and Nikola Tesla's restless spirit, Celeste the Flying Contortionist, Houdini's surrogate son Erik Bang!!!, Mistress of Fire, Rah Diavola, and her whips of wonder, plus many other acts thematically sewn together to bring these daring feats to the modern age. A backdrop of hand painted sideshow banners and live projections transform any venue into a carnival midway, bringing a night of technological wonder and mystery like no other!!!
