Lower Manhattan Eats: Old New York

Join esteemed food tour guide Liz Young for our historic culinary walking tour. You won't want to miss it!

The culinary adventures feature a rotating cast of Lower Manhattan's best eateries. Past stops have included Alfanoose, The Dubliner, California Wine Merchants and Les Halles. Participants have enjoyed wine and cheese pairings, Italian antipasti plates, lobster BLTs, artisanal olive oils, chocolate ganache, and much more of Lower Manhattan's tastiest fare.

Participants will also have the opportunity to gaze at the architecture of Lower Manhattan and learn about its history and recent changes that have made the area one of New York's fastest-growing residential neighborhoods.

This all happens Saturday, June 25, 2011, from 12pm - 3pm.

Starting locations will vary depending on the itinerary. Be sure to submit an email address where we can send you updates.

Note: LOWER MANHATTAN EATS tours will begin promptly at 12 noon. Tickets must be purchased in advance. The tour will include a wide variety of foods, including meat and shellfish. Alcohol will be served on this tour. All participants must be at least 21 years of age. WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CHANGES FOR UNUSED TICKETS AFTER THE TOUR HAS TAKEN PLACE. If you need to cancel your participation in the tour, please do so before noon (12 pm) on the Friday before the tour.
