Holdfast Collaboration with Kris Komori - August 27th - Thursday
On this night we will be teaming up with our good friend Kris Komori. We worked with Kris at both Park Kitchen, and The Bent Brick. At State and Lemp he has earned countless awards and accolades. We're excited for him to come share our kitchen in Portland again. We will be offering a 10 course meal with 5 paired beverages. We will be offering both an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic pairing. Half of the courses will be prepared by Holdfast, with the other half prepared by Kris Komori!
This dinner will be held at Holdfast at Fausse Piste on 537 SE Ash #102 in PDX, at 7:00 on Thursday, August 27th.
