John Paul McLachlan, (or JP to us!), has worked and trained in the kitchens of Raymond Blanc, Gordon Ramsay and Martin Wishart, and developed and opened the famous Albanach in Trafalgar Square. JP opened his signature restaurant John Paul at the Marine, where he continues as Managing Consultant and cooks on a very regular basis.
