Liaisons: Re-Imagining Sondheim for the Piano
With this landmark commissioning and concert project, Anthony de Mare has invited 36 of the world's foremost composers to create a solo piece based on a Sondheim song of their choosing. Liaison's concentrates on Sondheim's power and complexity as a composer, independent of lyrics.
ANTHONY de MARE is a world-renowned performer whose virtuosic performances of contemporary music have earned him superlative critical acclaim.
