10:00 - Welcome and introductions
10:15 - Guest Speaker - Timie Dolan: How to play to your skills and get the greatest return on investments in your events. You'll learn how to make all your fund raising events are a great use of your time and precious resources. Timie Dolan is Donor Outreach and Events Coordinator at KEXP plus serves on the Board of Directors at The Vera Project. She has over a decade of sales and marketing experience and has organized a multitude of successful fundraising events.
11:00 - Guest Speaker Margo Spellman: How to design events that actually raise money. Margo Spellman is a principal with The Spellman Company, a Seattle lifestyle marketing and public relations firm that builds buzz and bucks for a wide array of clients ranging from food and beverage stars such as the talented chefs of Spur and Tavern Law to non-profits such as Whim W'Him. Over the course of a multi-decade career, Margo has been a professional fundraiser, designed local and international events large and small, and will offer tips on creating events that sizzle and sell.

Who may attend: Anyone that needs to know more about fund raising through events. The workshop will specifically focus on the needs and goals of nonprofits, but all are welcome.
