Family in Captivity
Join us in solidarity with Jewish communties throughout the country for a special film screening of Family in Captivity by Tal Goren, to draw attention to Gilad Shalit's five years in captivity.
Documentary, 2011, 58 minutes. Hebrew with English Subtitles.
The moving story of the Shalit family's ongoing struggle to bring their son home. Gilad was captured in 2006 by Hamas terrorists while serving in the Israeli army and remains in captivity to this day. This film gives unprecedented access to the Shalit family, and shows how these private individuals have become national symbols.
Proceeds will benefit Free Gilad Shalit efforts.
