The Andrew Carnegie Free Library & Music Hall in Carnegie PA welcomes back internationally renowned mezzo-soprano Marianne Cornetti! Acclaimed as one of the world's great Verdi mezzos, Ms. Cornetti has performed at Teatro alla Scalla in Milan, Covent Garden in London, Deutche Oper Berlin, the Metropolitan Opera, Pittsburgh Opera and many others.
Ms. Cornetti has performed at the Music Hall twice before, with her 2005 "Carnegie Carnegie" debut ranked by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette as "one of the top classical performances of the year." The combination of her extraordinary talent and the Music Hall's superb acoustics will be sure to make for another memorable event.
The 3pm concert will be followed by a complimentary reception in our Lincoln Gallery with Marianne Cornetti.
Free Shuttle service will be available from the municipal parking lot, located on E. Main Street (between Pine and Mary Streets-across from Carnegie Coffee Company).
