Oriental Fairy Tales: Legend and Modern
Yu Cai Primary School, originated in the ancient oriental city, Yan'an where only about 100 years ago the people moved out from living in cave houses. This is now a modern school with a long history. The school's dance troupe with waist-drums (an ancient Chinese instrument), chorus, which can sing out the sounds of nature, as well as the gymnastics team which have won many national first prizes, all come to Edinburgh to present to you the ancient legends of East and the dynamic civilization of more modern times.
