Larry Kaplan - Folk Music
"Song for The Bowdoin", "Old Zeb", and "Song for Gale", -examples from a writer considered a leading voice in the American folk tradition. Larry's songs have been recorded by dozens of artists in the US and UK. He has released two CDs through Folk Legacy Records, "Worth All the Telling" and recently, "Songs For An August Moon". Larry performs widely in the US, but the Fringe is his first appearance in the UK. Many will already be familiar with his songs of rural and coastal New England -now, hear Larry sing his own work.
