Butoh Auction
Lead by the charismatic Viva, BabySkinGlove will auction off precious works of art from past performances ranging from New Age headpieces to pink props, eyelash mobiles to Bratz dolls, all handmade by the collective. Viva will present each item in the fashion of Butoh, a Japanese movement technique that incorporates grotesque gestures, facial manipulations, and feats of endurance. The performance can be viewed from any angle and for any length of time and highest bidders will be announced at the completion of Viva's presentation.
