What folks say about the Tea Sippers: "When you break into that autoharp solo on Dixie Darling I get goose-bumps." Bill Martin, Vancouver, WA, www.bubbaguitar.com
"This is an astonishingly good old-timey band and album. Yes, "OLD-TIMEY" the way it should be,... I am totally impressed with female vocalist, Laura Lind, who also plays the autoharp and writes some of the original "old-timey" songs.... Searle Whitt lends lead and harmony vocals along with a very neat fiddle... David Brown plays banjo (great drop thumb style), fiddle, guitar and mandolin, as well as contributing to the vocals, and Dave Krinkel plays a powerful Dobro..., guitar, and adds a little silence vocally." Bob Everhart, Traditions Magazine, Iowa
"...Nice old backwoods sound..." River Ranger, KGGV FM, Guerneville, CA "Stumptown Radio Round-up"
"I just got your new CD. Wow. It's great. I really like how your, well played, autoharp fills in the sound on many of the tunes. It gives them a nice rich, old-time sound. I really like your voice and timing as well...." Steve De-Lap of KRCB, Santa Rosa, "Our Roots are Showing"
