Join Artist in Residence Marina Rosenfeld for an encounter with new work in progress. Rosenfeld works equally within the frameworks of music composition and sound installation, deploying custom loudspeaker constellations as well as a wide range of materials and performers in her staged compositions. At Headlands, she will invite visitors to co-mingle with a suite of new sound-producing sculptural works and be available to discuss her process and new projects. The New York-based artist's installation, sound, and performance works have been widely commissioned by institutions in Europe and North America, including solo projects for the 2010 Liverpool Biennial; the 2009 Performa Biennial of Performance; and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
