Lake Forest Civic Orchestra - May 15, 2016 Concert
Lake Forest Civic Orchestra - "Your Community Orchestra" is proud to present the fourth concert of its 2015-16 season.
This concert, titled "Symphonic Drama" will feature the orchestra's newly appointed Music Direct, ROBERT NORDLING, conducting Bach's "Passacaglia and Fugue in c minor" and Tchaikovsky's "Symphony No. 5, Opus 64 in E minor".
The LFCO is also proud to announce that, in cooperation with the Midwest Young Artists organization, a special piece will be performed by a student winner of the Walgreen's National Concerto Competition!
Join us at the NEWLY RENOVATED Gorton Community Center (400 E. Illinois Road, Lake Forest, IL) for an afternoon of musical delights with one of Lake Forest's most treasured musical institutions.
As always, PARKING IS FREE!
