An Extraordinary Dinner Under the Stars at the Magnificent Castle In Temecula.
Rediscover the flavors of regional cooking and breaking bread with family and friends. Temeculaâs finest chefs join local farmers and award winning vintners from the Valleyâs renowned wine region. Leah Di Bernardo of Delyteâs Catering is the host for this event.
Dinner is a 5 course al fresco meal which includes:
*House made charcuterie with artisanal cheeses
* Cucumber & tomato salad with organic feta
* Pancetta and goat cheese stuffed prawns
* Fresh produce from Crowâs Pass Farm: Italian red torpedo onions, Laratte and butterball fingerling potatoes.

*Dessert is a lavender crème brulee (lavender from Rusty Acres Farms)
