Rain Gardens 101 FREE Workshop
Rain gardens are one of the best ways to beautify your landscape and protect our local streams by reducing pollution runoff. In this FREE workshop, presented by the Watershed Stewards Program, participants will learn about the many benefits rain gardens offer, core principles used in designing a rain garden, suitable native plants to use, and how best to go about installing one at home.
Rain Gardens 101 will be presented by one of our Watershed Steward landscaping experts and is FREE to the public. This workshop is made possible by a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology and cooperation between Clark County Environmental Services, WSU Clark County Extension and Stormwater Partners of SW Washington. Informational handouts and snacks will also be provided.
WSU Extension programs are open to all without discrimination. If you require special accommodation call WSU Clark County Extension at 360-397-6060 ext. 0 prior to the event.
