Matt Marantz CD Release w/ Richard Sears Trio
Matt Marantz is among NYC's most prolific saxophonists of his generation. Marantz has performed internationally with artists such as Herbie Hancock, Terence Blanchard, Jason Moran, and Fred Hersch. This performance celebrates the release of his second recording as a leader, "Soliloquy". Joining Marantz will be a trio lead by pianist Richard Sears, featuring Martin Nevin on bass, and East Bay native Evan Hughs on drums.
