Wild Berry Supper Club with Chef Heather
Chef Robin will forage for native berries for this special dinner with the fabulous Chef Heather Dosman. Salmonberries, oregon grape, thimble berries, Indian plum, native red currant, elderberry, salal berry, hawthorn berry, saskatoons, Sitka mountain berry... all these really interesting flavours that you don't often see on a menu is what we'll be foraging for and then made into magic by Chef Heather.
This long table, garden supper is at Swallow Tail secret supper club in Vancouver. Byob - bring your own beverages, something cool for a hot day would suit. Rose always works with berries.
