Skylight Supper
Chefs Nick Leahy of Saltyard, Jarrett Stieber of Eat Me Speak Me, Jason Assenmacher of Dine With Jason and Kenan Hill of Kitchen 1204 are joining forces with Skylight Farm founder, Justin Aiello, to host "Skylight Supper" a farm-to-table feast celebrating local food, purveyors and the peak of summer produce to benefit Westside Provisions District Farmers Market on Thursday, July 30 beginning at 5 p.m. The dynamic culinary foursome, known for their passion and commitment to supporting local farms and purveyors, will host the dinner at Skylight Farm and present six dishes, assorted hors d'oeuvres and desserts inspired by the peak of summer produce. Main entrees will be created from pork from area Riverview Farm with Skylight Farm and additional Westside Farmers Market vendors also contributing organic summer produce. A welcome cocktail hour and open bar presented by all-natural ready-to-drink craft cocktail and local brand, MOSCAI, will kick off the evening from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as guests mix and mingle before a scenic farm tour at 6 p.m. with supper to follow. Craft brews during dinner to be provided by local brewery, Monday Night Brewing. Cost is $80 per person and includes dinner, beer from Monday Night and cocktails from MOSCAI.
