FoolsFURY invites you to take a peek into the world of these dynamic artists to see what makes them tick. No previous training necessary.

Are you a theater artist interested in teaching? Are you a teacher interested in bringing theater into your classroom? Are you an experienced theater teacher looking for some new techniques for working with teens? Join Ensemble Director Anna Shneiderman and the teen artists of the Ragged Wing Youth Ensemble for a workshop on creating original, ensemble-based theater with diverse teen actors. In this hands-on workshop, Ragged Wing will provide you with a number of proven tools for creating original, ensemble theater with teens. Get tips on what works well from experienced teachers and the students themselves. Receive personal attention and feedback. End the workshop with an in-class theatrical showing created by you and our youth actors. Recommended for teachers, actors, directors and anyone interested in creating ensemble theater with teens or using theater methods in core content area classrooms.
Ragged Wing Ensemble (www.raggedwing.org) is an East Bay-based theater that produces physically adventurous and visually stimulating theater, focusing on original work and new interpretations of classic stories, folktales, and myths. The Youth Ensemble is a dynamic group of diverse teens from various schools and communities around the East Bay who work together to create innovative, high-quality, physical theater and apprentice on Ragged Wing's professional shows.
