Highland Park & The Macallan Whisky Dinner
We are so excited to announce this dinner! On Wednesday, May 18th, Steph Ridgeway, Brand Ambassador from Highland Park & The Macallan, will be with us for a terrific dinner pairing these amazing whiskies with some of the best food Chef Robyn has to offer. For the first time ever we will be presenting 2 Scotches with one course for comparison. As always, there is a special treat at the very end of the meal.
These distilleries are two of our favorites here at Fountainhead & we hope you will join us for a night of delicious food, drink, & discussion.
Course One: Famous Grouse With Citrus & Sharp Cheddar Gougeres
Course Two: Highland Park 15 / The Macallan Fine Oak 15 Arugula, Prosciutto, Cantaloupe & Bacon-Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette
Course Three: The Macallan Fine Oak 17 Lake Perch with Pineapple, Red Onion & Sage Chutney with Crispy Leeks
Course Four: Highland Park 18 Ostrich filet on Wild Mushroom Duxelle, with Honey Roasted Brussels Sprout Leaves
Course Five: The Macallan 18 Scottish Tablet & Caramel Cheesecake with Toffee Crust
